Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their questions are answered and their concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner. As a key member of our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to scheduled hours with flexibility to accommodate changing business needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
