Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and ensuring seamless interactions.
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and provide feedback to improve our services.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth for our clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary).
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong ability to multitask, with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
