Remote Hotel Operations Specialist

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Hotel Operations Specialist to support their portfolio of hospitality properties. This fully remote position requires a deep understanding of hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping coordination, and revenue management principles. You will serve as a key point of contact for property managers and staff, providing remote support, troubleshooting operational challenges, and implementing best practices to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient property management. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for the hospitality industry. You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of service delivery across all managed properties, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to overall guest satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities: Provide remote operational support to hotel properties, addressing day-to-day challenges. Assist property managers with front desk operations, guest services, and issue resolution. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards are met. Support revenue management strategies, including pricing, availability, and occupancy optimization. Train property staff on operational procedures, service standards, and system usage. Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, and assist in implementing service improvement plans. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage inventory for operational supplies and coordinate procurement as needed. Assist in the onboarding of new properties and the implementation of operational systems. Generate operational reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. Act as a liaison between property staff and the central management team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk management, or guest services. Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and revenue management. Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote environment. A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience in training or supporting remote teams is a plus.
