The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services. Your efforts will help maintain the high standards of customer satisfaction that arenaflex is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, returns, and product inquiries

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
