As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service, and that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and complaints, and providing solutions to their problems.
  • Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management and reporting on customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as necessary.
  • Completing call notes and call reports in our CRM system and updating them as required.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful as an Inbound Customer Care Specialist, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual skills (a plus)
  • Some sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
  • The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
