Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for meeting face-to-face with local business owners to present ways to reduce business costs, increase customer base and loyalty, and maintain a Salesforce system. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Meet face-to-face with local business owners to present ways to reduce business costs and increase customer base and loyalty
  • Increase customer base and loyalty through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Monitor marketplace information on pricing, products, and current promotions to stay ahead of the competition
  • Maintain a Salesforce system to track customer interactions and sales performance
  • Meet company goals and objectives through effective sales and customer service strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with multiple groups, including peers, company personnel, and potential customers
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Reliable transportation to meet with clients and attend meetings
  • Basic computer operations skills, including proficiency in Salesforce
  • Willingness to work shifts as needed to meet business demands
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges
  • Courteous and customer-focused with a strong service orientation
  • Dependable and detail-oriented with excellent listening and responding skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly, with a conceptual thinking approach
  • Insight into self and others, with solid problem-solving skills
  • Some technical knowledge and ability to learn new systems and processes

Candidate Profile

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

  • 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • A driver's license and reliable transportation
  • The ability to relocate to Tampa, FL before starting work
  • A strong desire to learn and grow with our company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-focused approach with a strong service orientation
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
