Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management

Job Summary:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Distribution Center Administration Framework, serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You'll work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that upholds the DC, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change demands. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain systems, and we're excited to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact MHE merchants as it relates to data management
- Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
- Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
- Serve as a liaison between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
- Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
- Support LAN (Local Area Network) design
- Perform all future upgrades of software
- Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report utilization to MIS
- Regulate nonexempt staff
- Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
- Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and available to all end users
- Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
- Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.
- 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
- Local presence required; this is not a remote job
Preferred Qualifications:
* Project management experience an asset
- Bachelor's degree in IT-related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen and analytical skills
