Your success in this position will be driven by your ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships, drive revenue growth, and exceed customer expectations.To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record in government sales and be well-versed in the complexities of working with civilian agencies. You should also possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the government procurement process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with civilian agencies at the federal, state, and local levels Serve as the main point of contact for government clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding current contracts with government clients Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans for government sales Stay current on industry trends and changes in government regulations to effectively position Comcast Government Services in the marketplace Create and deliver presentations to government clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services Negotiate contracts and pricing with government agencies, ensuring profitability for Comcast while meeting the needs of the client Understand and navigate the complexities of the government procurement process, including compliance and regulations Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to management Continuously seek out opportunities for professional growth and development in the government sales industry.
