Job Summary

As an Instagram Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for managing direct messages on business Instagram accounts, answering questions about products, shipping, and returns using a provided FAQ document. This is a remote role that requires you to work independently, using your own device to access social media and website chat functions. Key Responsibilities

- Manage direct messages on business Instagram accounts, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Answer questions about products, shipping, and returns using a provided FAQ document. - Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner. - Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. - Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions. - Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred. - 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups. - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately. - Ability to work independently, using your own device to access social media and website chat functions. - Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop). - Availability of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
