Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email support
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
- Conducting quality checks on prior day's calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Scheduling visits with maintenance customers and offering promotions to drive business growth
- Following up on customer reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Providing general inbound customer service, including answering questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions

Key Qualifications
