About the role We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our core AI features at Fireflies. This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll work closely with engineering and design to ship fast, iterate on AI outputs, and continuously improve the user experience. What you’ll do Own and improve core AI features like daily digest and meeting summaries Build and iterate on AI apps/use-cases on top of Fireflies data Drive prompt engineering efforts to improve output quality and reliability Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast and iterate based on feedback Define and track key product metrics (usage, engagement, output quality) Continuously experiment, test, and improve AI experiences What we’re looking for 2–4 years of experience in a high growth startup.
