Lab Chemist
Lab Chemist Strongsville, OH $50-60K The Lab Chemist is responsible for performing analysis of customer samples and production batch samples using various testing procedures. Lab Chemist Responsibilities
- Perform wet chemistry testing in a laboratory, including titrations, pH measurement, and specific gravity analysis
- Conduct appearance evaluations on wholesale panels to ensure product quality standards
- Perform quality control testing on production batches and resale products.
- Perform routine hull cell testing.
- Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams on special projects, including customer conversions and other needs.
- Enter analysis data into the system and communicate findings to customers and prospects.
- Clean and maintain laboratory equipment, glassware, and surfaces.
- Answer phones and perform other duties as assigned.
Lab Chemist Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (required); Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous laboratory experience or internship preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe (or similar).
