Genius Agency AI is looking for driven and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our team on a commission-only basis. Responsibilities

• Identify and research new sales leads through various channels.

• Track all interactions and maintain an organized database in our CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-driven environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with prospects.
• Strong research and lead generation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
