We need verified, decision-maker-level contacts from the region's leading operators. Scope: 18 countries | ~450 contacts Target Titles: see in the attachment Deliverable format Each row must include: Country | City | MNO | Industry | Employee Size | Company Phone | First Name | Last Name | Title | Email | Email Verified? | LinkedIn URL | Company LinkedIn | Website | Notes Quality requirements All emails must be verified (Hunter.io, NeverBounce, or equivalent) — mark each as Verified/Unverified No generic info@, press@, or contact@ emails unless the contact is specifically named No personal Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo addresses LinkedIn URL required for every contact Minimum seniority: Manager level and above If a role cannot be confirmed as current (held 2+ years ago with no update), flag with "?"
