• Position: City Lead (Volunteer Role)
• Location: Houston (Fully remote position, but candidates must reside in the same city for in-person collaborations.)
• Commitment: ~2-4 hours per week
• Start Date: Immediate

We’re looking for passionate individuals who care deeply about climate and sustainability to help expand our mission in cities worldwide. As a City Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and engaging local communities, organizing exciting climate networking events, and acting as a brand ambassador for 4WARD. Your efforts will directly shape our impact and create lasting change in your area. This is an incredible opportunity to grow relationships, lead a community, and make a real difference! Volunteer Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your city’s WhatsApp group, fostering engagement and creating a vibrant community presence.
• Organize regular in-person events to expand the 4WARD community in your city.
• Network with local members and convert them into active participants on the 4WARD platform.
• Act as a champion for 4WARD, spreading awareness and inspiring action locally.

Qualifications

• Possess basic event planning, execution, and promotion skills.
• Experience in building and nurturing communities, fostering engagement, and creating meaningful connections.
• Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of climate tech or sustainability.
• A commitment to volunteering at least 3-4 hours per week. ⏰
• Show commitment, agility, and a strong desire to contribute to 4WARD.earth’s mission.
