Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist

About the Role
As an IIC Therapist, you will provide trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health services in home and community settings. You will assess, treat, and support children, adolescents, and families facing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, helping them build resilience and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to children, youth, and families in home and community settings
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address trauma, behavioral, and emotional challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with Care Management Organizations (CMOs), schools, and other service providers
Qualifications
Masters-Level Clinicians (under supervision):
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, Psychology, or related field
- Eligible for NJ licensure (LSW, LAC, MFT-Intern)
- Experience with children/youth preferred
Licensed Clinicians:
- Active NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience providing therapy to children, youth, or families
All Candidates:
- Valid NJ Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Successful completion of fingerprint-based background check (IdentoGO)
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
Compensation
- Masters-Level Clinicians: $40$55 per hour
- Licensed Clinicians: $75$90 per hour (based on experience, licensure, and specialization)
