Role: Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative Location: Remote Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: $1,000 base + 3% commission on cash collected, with a 30 - 60-day ramp to 5% commission upon achieving defined booking targets. Bre Cain runs a 7-figure education company helping women build scalable businesses through certification, community, and proximity to powerful rooms. We generate daily inbound demand across Instagram, Facebook, ads, and email. This role exists to turn warm conversations into booked sales calls quickly and cleanly. The Opportunity We are hiring a sales-focused Appointment Setter to manage inbound DMs and warm leads and book qualified calls for our closers. This is not a VA role. This is not a customer service role. This is a revenue-generating position. Your only job is to: - Start conversations - Qualify quickly - Book calls What You’ll Do - Respond to inbound Instagram & Facebook DMs - Follow up with warm leads (freebies, ads, welcome messages, opt-ins) - Book qualified prospects directly onto the sales calendar - Move fast — short, clear back-and-forth (no long DM conversations) - Hand off booked calls cleanly to the sales team - Track calls booked (and only calls booked) We do not care about: Number of DMs sent Number of follow-ups - We care about calls booked. And fast. - Performance Metrics (Non-Negotiable) Primary KPI: Calls booked Secondary metrics: - Show-up rate - Revenue generated from booked calls You will submit: Start-of-day report: calls on your calendar End-of-day report: calls booked that day Required Experience ✅ Minimum 2 Years Experience booking calls in DMs or warm lead environments ✅ Strong understanding of qualification (budget, readiness, intent) ✅ Comfortable with fast-paced sales conversations ✅ Confident moving prospects to a call quickly ✅ Able to work US business hours consistently ✅ Familiarity with Instagram & Facebook DMs & CRM: GHL ✅ Experience in online education, coaching, or communities Skills & Traits We’re Looking For - Sales-minded (not admin-minded) - Direct, clear communicator - High urgency, high ownership - Comfortable with follow-up - Coachable and metrics-driven - Reliable and consistent If you avoid selling, this is not the role for you.
