Job Title: Kinaxis Rapid Response Support Engineer Location: Warsaw, IN (100% Remote option is available) Job Type: Long Term Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Kinaxis Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Rapid Response to join our global support team. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful operation, maintenance, and support of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions used by supply chain and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, good understanding of supply chain processes, and experience in troubleshooting and user support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for Kinaxis RapidResponse users across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to configurations, data loads, integrations, and performance.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand and resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Work closely with Kinaxis admins, developers, and vendor support to ensure timely resolution of tickets.
  • Maintain and monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in testing and validation of new enhancements, patches, and upgrades in the RapidResponse environment.
  • Document issues, solutions, workarounds, and create knowledge base articles.
  • Provide training and support documentation to end-users as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Overall IT experience: 8-12+ Years
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response support or development.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning).
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., ETL, SQL).
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and support processes (ITIL framework is a plus).

Preferred Skills:

  • Kinaxis certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of scripting, automation, or development in RapidResponse.
  • Experience in life sciences or manufacturing domain preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and data platforms.
