Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and terms. Monitor and track vendor performance and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address vendor needs. Analyze and report on vendor performance and cost savings opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management. Ensure all vendor relationships are in line with company policies and procedures. Conduct vendor evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement. Proactively identify potential issues or risks with vendors and implement solutions. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns. Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all vendor-related activities. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline vendor management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation or optimization.
