Arizona General Litigator - Evergreen Legal Network Attorney
Overview
Are you an attorney licensed in Arizona? Are you looking to receive new remote referrals in a variety of legal areas including (but not limited to) consumer debt matters? We are seeking experienced, flexible, and competent professionals to provide our clients with legal expertise. This contract position is designed to supplement to a candidate's current income and provide additional work. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This position requires remote work. Communicating with clients virtually is crucial. An ideal candidate should have great people skills, an ability to work autonomously with excellent time management. Evergreen is a legal plan. Evergreen customers have access to a nationwide network of attorneys for a monthly fee. Evergreen network attorneys receive referrals (at no-cost) and see prompt payments in return for high quality legal services provided to Evergreen customers. Requirements:
- Arizona bar license in good standing
- Litigation experience
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
Preferred:
- Existing legal practice
- Malpractice insurance
- Experience in consumer law and debtor's rights
