Success Coach, Bilingual Spanish
Job Description:
- Serve as a one-stop shop to support students through the utilization of their employer’s tuition assistance benefit
- Provide personalized end-to-end support to guide students toward success
- Partner with program advisors to ensure a smooth transition for employees into their chosen education program
- Assist employees in setting and achieving academic goals
- Help employees navigate academic challenges and connect them with appropriate resources
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on performance
- Conduct regular check-ins and progress reviews to assess progress and celebrate achievements
- Develop and deliver workshops and resources on academic success, study skills, and time management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education advising, academic coaching, or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Proven ability to provide effective guidance and support to individuals pursuing educational goals
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
- Familiarity with common academic challenges and effective strategies to overcome them
- Knowledge of student support services and resources available at various educational institutions
- Data analysis and reporting skills to track student progress and measure coaching effectiveness.
