Description of the role: He/She will work closely with both Sales and Delivery teams to support client engagements, shape solutions, and contribute to business development. The role involves interacting with senior stakeholders such as Heads of Marketing, CRM leaders, CIOs, and CEOs, helping them define and adopt the right digital and CRM strategies. He/She will advise customers on both short-term priorities and long-term strategic direction as part of their digital transformation journey, helping them define pragmatic roadmaps and scalable solutions. The candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions across Salesforce ecosystems, with a focus on Marketing Automation and Commerce. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, translating them into high-level solution concepts, and supporting the definition of scalable architectures across multiple Salesforce clouds. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to position Salesforce and DIGITALL services as the right solution for our clients. The position is primarily remote, with regular travel within the DACH region. This is your job: Engage with clients to understand business needs and challenges across CRM, Marketing, and Commerce Support pre-sales and consulting activities by shaping solutions and contributing to proposals Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs and architecture concepts Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and implementation Support and guide clients in their digital transformation journey using Salesforce Your qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital consulting, or digital transformation projects Experience with Marketing Automation and/or Commerce, on Salesforce Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer engagement strategies Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders (Marketing, CRM, IT, C-level) Experience in business analysis, project management, or consulting roles Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions and high-level architectures Fluent in English and German (mandatory) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to travel within the DACH region Organizational information: All applications will be treated in strict confidentiality Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview Apply To This Job
