Job Summary

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for processing incoming orders and returns, preparing and sorting documents for data entry, reviewing and entering data updates in our systems, and identifying discrepancies in data received. You'll also be involved in organizing monthly sales reporting and performing various office tasks to support our team's success.

Responsibilities

* Process incoming orders and returns accurately and efficiently

  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring they're organized and easily accessible
  • Review and enter data updates in our systems, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data received, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Organize monthly sales reporting, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions
  • Perform various office tasks, including data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or related fields is highly desirable, but not essential

  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related tools, such as Google Suite or other productivity software
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel (preferred)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
