What You'll Do

As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-related concerns. Your primary duties will include:

  • Completing statistical access and balancing features
  • Coordinating return objects with contributors, doors vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
  • Assisting different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing
  • Working member cases/sports assigned
  • Following and preserving guidelines and approaches to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
  • Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams
  • Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
  • Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns
  • Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching
  • Completing everyday balancing and department closing
  • Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of worldwide and home budget switch requests
  • Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget switch facts
  • Communicating with the seller to technique budget transfers
  • Understanding and being acquainted with outgoing and incoming budget switch laws
  • Depositing check returns, studying member again exams on draft changes, technique member exams, affirm contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and liberating budget transfers
  • Completing everyday processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and prison fees

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school degree or GED
  • Intermediate Excel and Word experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous customer/member carrier experience
  • Previous banking or Credit Union experience
  • Episys/Symitar and processing wires

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills, licenses, and certifications:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) won through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
  • Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
  • Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and feature as an integral part of a team
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and examine data
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure
  • Ability to cross-teach and perform any position assigned within the department
  • Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to self-inspire with robust employer skills and capability for interest to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits
  • Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance
  • Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams
