Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Sr. Analyst – Labor Force Activities Work Execution to join our team at arenaflex. In this role, you will be responsible for leading task groups of experts and partners, performing data gathering and analysis, and providing recommendations to drive business growth and excellence. You will work closely with our store activities cycle team and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and excellence

  • Perform data gathering and analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancements
  • Develop and implement solutions to drive business results
  • Provide recommendations to senior leadership on process enhancements and business growth strategies
  • Collaborate with the store activities cycle team and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and division presidents
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure business performance
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business performance and progress

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job

  • 3 years of work experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations

Preferred Qualifications

* 5 years of work experience in a related field

  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Experience in data analysis and business intelligence
  • Experience in process improvement and change management
  • Experience working in a retail or field environment
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
