What You'll Do
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service across various channels, including online, in-person, and over the phone
- Welcoming customers and working to deliver the best possible customer experience
- Accurately assisting customers with loan applications from start to finish
- Collaborating with team leads to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Answering all customer questions, no matter how complex or straightforward
- Utilizing arenaflex's best practices to provide consistent and outstanding customer service
- Working with money, including accurately reconciling cash drawers
- Building strong relationships with customers and teammates through active listening and effective communication
- Participating in ongoing learning and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Completing other responsibilities assigned by your management team
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Phone Customer Service experience preferred, but not required
- A strong dedication to helping others and delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in a service-related field, with cash handling experience a plus
- A willingness to work in an environment where performance will be measured and judged
- Reliable transportation to travel to various locations to meet staffing demands
- Understanding of the demands of working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent sales skills focused on growing arenaflex
- Strong observational skills and great judgment
- A willingness to stay coachable and continue learning and growing with our company
- Computer proficiency required, with experience in CRM software a plus
