Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts. This includes:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Sharing sales links and providing discounts to customers
  • Providing exceptional customer support and driving sales for our clients
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
