Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in applying advanced data analysis methods to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our content team to investigate client behavior, identify untapped client needs, and uncover new content opportunities. Your expertise in data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI will help us anticipate content engagement, optimize our content release and episode discharge methodology, and test marketing strategies to improve commitment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-layered data to drive business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., type preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and uncover new content opportunities
- Anticipate content engagement to assist with directing securing decisions
- Advance our content release and episode discharge methodology
- Test marketing strategies to improve commitment and maintenance
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Successfully communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
