Qualifications
Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements (As-Is & To-Be) Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops Create process flows, blueprints, and user stories Identify gaps and recommend improvements Define KPIs and business rules Collaborate with development teams Prepare test cases and support UAT Maintain documentation and track work in ADO Support end-user training Additional Information Functional Areas Reporting & Transaction Processing Billing, Invoicing & Collections Financial Posting & Reconciliation Payments & CRM SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration (ETL) Required Skills Business Analysis & Agile knowledge SDLC and process modeling understanding Strong communication & problem-solving Experience with SQL, Excel, ADO CRM / ERP knowledge Education Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Business or equivalent Apply To This Job
