Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our end-users, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and our ticketing system. You'll work closely with our product management team to identify areas for improvement, contribute to company-wide initiatives, and become a product expert. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex's end-users via phone, email, and our ticketing system

  • Follow best practices for resolving tickets, including:

+ Clarifying customer reasons for support requests + Determining the cause of problems + Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem + Expediting correction or adjustment + Following up to ensure resolution

  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information in HubSpot
  • Follow best practices for documentation in our ticketing system
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives, such as:

+ Adopting new technologies + Updating product documentation + Providing support for launching new products

  • Become a product expert, providing valuable insights to our product management team and contributing to product enhancement ideas
  • Participate in arenaflex's rotating on-call schedule to ensure our customers receive support outside of standard business hours
  • Consistently meet performance metrics and KPIs

Requirements

* Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

  • Software Experience: Experience with eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-related technologies is preferred
  • Strong Problem-Solving Capabilities: Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and team members
  • Education: Bachelor or Associate's degree preferred
  • Remote Work Environment: Ability to work in a remote environment that is compliant with arenaflex's cybersecurity and workplace policies

Work Hours / Schedule

* Regular work hours: 10:30 am CT (8:30 am PT, 9:30 am MT, 11:30 am ET) to 7:00 pm CT (5:00 pm PT, 6:00 pm MT, 8:00 pm ET), Monday through Friday

  • Support team members are required to participate in the on-call/after-hours rotational schedule
