Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing our clients with exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. You'll also provide information about our travel services and products, help customers book and manage their travel itineraries, and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry

  • Knowledge of travel industry software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
