Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data within our systems
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
  • Collaborating with our internal team of experts in stock, estimating, marketing, finance, store brands, store configuration, advertising, and store tasks
  • Analyzing sales records and stock levels of current stock
  • Creating and maintaining areas of strength for an of flow contest; researching new competitive opportunities and making suggestions
  • Staying up-to-date with changes on the lookout
  • Researching client item inclinations, provider costs, and the serious climate

Required Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Working knowledge of retail math concepts and demonstrated application
  • Specialized insight in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; some Access or other data set information
  • Eagerness to travel 5-10%
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our internal team and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a data entry or administrative role, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with our systems and processes, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

Compensation and Perks
