Job Summary
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative (LCSR) at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in educating customers about our premier pet insurance policies and helping them enroll their pets in comprehensive coverage. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, while providing the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of pet owners.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound warm leads from potential customers and utilize a consultative style to understand their needs
- Present the value of our pet insurance policies and guide calls towards successful enrollment
- Provide detailed information about policies and coverage options, while overcoming objections with confidence and empathy
- Ensure accurate enrollment of pets in policies and meet and exceed enrollment targets
- Develop a working knowledge of arenaflex's pet health insurance plans and learn and operate within internal and external technologies
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
* Must hold and maintain a Property & Casualty Insurance license in your home state
- 2+ years of experience in an insurance sales-based role, with a proven track record of quality and productivity
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance, is a plus
- Strong ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience
- Positive attitude and adaptability, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
