We are looking for undergraduate students in the field of computer science, math, or business process management. Responsibilities include receiving and routing helpdesk calls, upgrade and replacement of corporate computer hardware and software. Basic troubleshooting of Mac and Microsoft operating systems with the inclusion of MS Office, and Adobe products.
