Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely resolution of their inquiries and issues.
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our services and resources.
  • Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, leveraging your communication skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Educating customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs, showcasing your expertise in pharmacy terminology, prescription medications, and insurance coverage.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
