The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. You'll be responsible for:
- Starting new conversations (2 hours/day)
- Follow-ups (2 hours/day)
- Organic account growth (2 hours/day)
- Replying to active leads and closing sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes/day)
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute effective social media sales strategies to drive results for our clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through authentic conversations
- Utilize social media platforms to sell coaching programs and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with our client success team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media sales and marketing
Essential Qualifications
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working from home or remotely
- Familiarity with social media platforms and sales strategies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error

Pay and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
