Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication
  • Utilizing our modernized retail location framework to manage tagging and registration, as well as handle customer transactions
  • Maintaining accurate records, completing forms and reports as required, and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed and accuracy
