Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Director, Data Analytics to join our Store Mechanization and Development team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing a framework of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define metrics, design and implement data pipelines and dashboards, and report progress towards our goals on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and analyze business issues within your domain, challenge assumptions, and develop recommendations to address these issues

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines and dashboards that provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations, including data sources, data quality, and data governance
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on retail and e-commerce
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker, and data manipulation tools, such as Python and SQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
• Familiarity with data science tools, such as R and Tableau
• Experience working with large datasets and developing data pipelines to support business growth and innovation
• Strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles
