Join Our Dynamic Team

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You'll use your excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, each with their unique needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels

  • Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Navigate a computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to customer questions
  • Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management
  • Assist over 100+ customers per day by energetically engaging in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment via phone, online, or chat
  • Utilize empathy and effective communication skills when responding to customer inquiries
  • Utilize multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
  • Leverage 2 standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to build the arenaflex Financial brand by providing industry-leading care and innovative solutions

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and utilize standard screens, scripts, and procedures
  • Ability to actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of digital banking and payments systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and utilize standard screens, scripts, and procedures
  • Ability to actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base pay: $18.00 - $21.75 per hour
  • Additional incentives: market competitive total compensation package
