Associate Director, Email & GTM Campaigns at BairesDev We operate at the frontier of technology and tactics for email and outbound marketing. What You'll Do
- Optimize automated email and outbound marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Proactively research data and trends to come up with new strategies and technologies to exploit.
- Build and optimize prompt-based mass messages.
- Lead human and AI-based quality assurance systems to minimize errors in campaigns.
- Ensure proper documentation about new projects and existing processes.
What we are looking for
- Experience in B2B Marketing.
- Experience with Generative AI, including prompt engineering and LLM-based systems.
- Experience with marketing automation and email marketing.
- Intermediate or advanced SQL skills.
