Job Description

As a Full-Time Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions, processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
