Position: Pediatric In-Home Nurse

Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric In-Home Nurse to join our team at The Elite Job. In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes. Your primary objective will be to promote the health and well-being of our young patients while offering support and guidance to their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients' health status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Provide education and support to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Iowa.
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
- BLS and PALS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and empathy in caring for pediatric patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
