Job Summary

As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator – Remote Data Entry Position, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely customs clearance services to our clients. You will work closely with our internal teams, government agencies, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of shipments. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process and verify customs clearance documentation, including import and export records, duty calculations, and other relevant documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of shipments
  • Process organization financier shipments and handle distant filings as required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, international trade)

  • HS Certificate or GED required
  • No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volumes of work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field

  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Familiarity with various software applications, including customs clearance systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
