Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of arenaflex by accurately entering and updating information into our proprietary software. Your attention to detail will be crucial in preventing clerical errors and optimizing company operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Entry and Maintenance: Input essential numerical and text data into spreadsheets to process and maintain company records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Error Monitoring and Resolution: Monitor spreadsheets for errors, using formulas to quickly identify and resolve issues, and optimize workflow across departments.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy of current and past data to prevent errors and maintain data integrity.

Desired Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

1-3 years of experience

in Data Entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management principles.

Working knowledge of CRM Systems
