As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including fingerprint/personal investigation results and unique signature release letters
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including TSA, Airport Security Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
- Processing daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and investigating any dataset issues
- Planning and analyzing HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
- Conducting high-level examinations, custom reporting, and normalizing all data used for HR Consistency
- Collaborating with clients and team members on a regular basis
- Auditing completed Unique Signature Applications and checking for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse
Favored Capabilities and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
- Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
- Proficiency in modern software skills, including organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup
- Experience with Access database management
- Ability to decipher large datasets to develop significant reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Ability to direct fair and consistent use of organizational policies and government regulations
- Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications
- Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
