Key Responsibilities:

* Operate a data entry device to input lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format

• Analyze plant maps and decipher the information to accurately enter data
• Utilize analytical skills to make informed decisions and determine what data needs to be entered
• Interact with customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Work under immediate supervision and follow pre-established guidelines to perform job functions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or its equivalent

• At least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow pre-established guidelines

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
