Position: Farm Labor Contractors Type: Contractor Compensation: $20 – $50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: Part-time Role Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, deployment, and coordination of agricultural labor crews across various farming operations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the customer’s team and agricultural workers, maintaining clear communication.
- Maintain detailed documentation related to workforce management, contracts, and performance tracking.
- Implement best practices to improve workforce productivity, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Address workforce issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth labor operations.
- Support strategic planning and process improvements in farm labor contracting operations.
Requirements
- Strong years of hands-on experience as a Farm Labor Contractor.
- Strong knowledge of farm labor contracting, labor compliance, and workforce management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to supervise and coordinate diverse teams remotely.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools used for remote workforce coordination and communication.
- Strong problem-solving ability and commitment to high service standards.
