LOCATION: Hyderabad - India

ONSITE: This role requires the student to work from the LOCATION office throughout the duration of the Co-op/Intern term. First time Co-ops/Interns should work full-time and onsite.

PROGRAM TERM

• This is for One Year TERM

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Gain knowledge current productivity and collaboration Tools
• Work With Sr. Colllaboration team members
• Follow document process for resolving customer tickets
• Work with vendors and Sr. team members to resolve complex issues

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of networking, Operations Systmes and Web technologies
• Basic knowledge of MS office and Mobile Apps
• Good Communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Quick learner and able to follow document processes

WHAT WOULD SET YOU APART

• Infomation system Coursework - Networking, Operating systems
• Some knowledge of Collaboration tools - MS office, Slack, MS teams, One Drive
• Good communication skills
