Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Database Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data management and analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases to support our business operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data management needs, develop solutions, and ensure data quality and integrity. Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain databases to support business operations, including data modeling, database schema development, and data migration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data management needs, develop solutions, and ensure data quality and integrity
- Develop and maintain SQL database scripts to support data analysis and reporting
- Perform database performance tuning and optimization to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing
- Troubleshoot database issues and perform disaster recovery tasks as needed
- Develop and maintain database documentation, including data dictionaries and schema diagrams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in database analysis and management, with a focus on SQL Server
- Strong understanding of database design principles, data modeling, and database schema development
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with database backup and recovery procedures, including full, differential, and log backups
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based database platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of database security best practices and experience with database access control and authentication
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with scripting languages, including PowerShell and SQL
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence solutions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
