Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and policies, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their options
  • Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently, using active listening skills and empathy to de-escalate issues
  • Escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring seamless handoffs and minimizing customer frustration
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in high-pressure situations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM systems, with the ability to navigate complex software and tools
